Yoga w/ Lauren Dirvonas
Join Lauren Dirvonas '23 in a yoga class “Vinyasa,” Sanskrit for flow, inspires an awareness of the body in its physical sphere throughout movement. This yoga practice rooted in Indian tradition brings a focus to deep stretching in various postures connected by yogic breath. This hour long sequence with uplifting music maintains positive energy while leaving space for calming restoration. The class concludes with a Savasana meditation to maximize both physical and mental benefits from the practice. All skill levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary!
