Yoga w/ Kate - Zoom

This 50 minute open level yoga class will combine traditional vinyasa flow with functional movement and joint stability work to clear out rigidity and tension within the body while building strength. Expect to leave feeling more spacious and relaxed.

Earns 1 PE\Wellness Passport Hour.
