Take time to recharge and connect mind and body during this restorative yoga series. These 60-minute classes will progressively move through poses that assist in passive stretching and mindful restorative movement, with a focus on grounding the body through the breath. All levels of practice are welcome! A great place to begin for those new to yoga and a wonderful way to deepen your practice for intermediate/advanced practitioners.
