 t.\n\nVictoria Vdovychenko is a widely recognized and published expert on t
 he issues of hybrid warfare\, strategic communication\, with particular emp
 hasis on relations between Ukraine and the European Union as well as NATO.\
 n\nVictoria has a MSc and PhD in Foreign Policy and World History from the 
 Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine and is currently a Visiting Fellow within the
  British Academy and a co-lead of the Future of Ukraine Program at the Cent
 re for Geopolitics\, University of Cambridge.\n\nShe is working on the chal
 lenges of the European Union\, Euro-Atlantic integration\, hybrid warfare\,
  strategic communication. She was a Team Lead for the Assistance Advisory T
 eam working with VPM on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration on the futur
 e of ANP Ukraine-NATO as well as on the system of LI&LL from the resilience
  of Ukraine.\n\nShe is a co-author of policy papers\, “Ukraine Scenarios 20
