Weekly Afternoon & Evening Meditations

Join Matt Swire ‘22, Jack Underhill ’22 of Phi Delta Theta and Chapel House Assistant Director of Programming Rodney J. Agnant ‘14 for virtual weekly afternoon and evening meditations this semester!

Sessions are open to the whole campus, and anyone of any religious or non-religious affiliation. No experience required!

Sessions will be Wednesdays from 5pm-5:30pm, and Fridays from 3pm-3:30pm.

These sessions will also provide you with 0.5 hours earned towards the Wellness Passport.
