Thrive Lunch: TMT or no TMT "We Are Still Mauna Kea"

On July 17, 2019, thirty highly respected native Hawaiian elders were arrested protecting Mauna Kea. Shortly after the arrests, thousands more ascended Mauna Kea,  and hundreds of thousands of people around the globe waved Hawaiian flags, holding rallies; standing in solidarity with the native Hawaiian community. Come join Leialoha Mara as we discuss how the construction of a Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT) on Mauna Kea is impacting the native Hawaiian community.
