The We See You Studio: A Safe Space for Creative Collaboration
The We See You Studio is a creative workshop series for all students designed to give you a therapeutic, safe space to exercise your creativity using language and images. This is your space where you can create without being graded or judged. It’s a space to take risks, to make connections, to talk through and talk real. This space is for those who feel their voices get lost in the noise. BE YOU. BE HEARD. BE SEEN. BE APPRECIATED.
The Studio sessions will include non-traditional poetry writing, creative mapping, erasure, collage, free writing, and more. This is a multi-medium workspace that will change and grow each time we meet, and these workshops will count as PE passport classes.
The We See You Studio will be hosted by Nana Adjei-Brenyah and Erin Mullikin, Creative Writing Fellows in the English Department.
