Tom Balonek, professor of physics and astronomy, and the summer astronomy research students welcome alumni and friends to the observatory for a glimpse of the moon, stars, and constellations above Colgate. The observatory contains a 16-inch telescope, several 8-inch telescopes, and electronic cameras. Visit anytime between 10 p.m. and midnight, and stay as long as you'd like.
