University Museums will host a special tag-writing workshop led by Perla Torres. Torres is visiting from Arizona, where she works as the UCLA Project Manager for the Undocumented Migration Project.

Participants will learn about Perla's work along the US-Mexico border, in support of and advocating on behalf of undocumented migrants, as well as partake in our weekly tag-writing series in support of Hostile Terrain 94, currently on view at the Longyear Museum of Anthropology.

Lunch will be provided.

This event for the Colgate community is part of the Fall 2025 event series "Undocumented Migration into a Hostile America."

This workshop is also held in cooperation and coordination with ALANA, in support of Death Cafe series, occurring later in the day.
