Internship summary:
Colgate’s Office of Sustainability is hiring up to four students for a full-time, paid, 10-week internship in Hamilton this summer. This opportunity splits time between advancing projects in the Office of Sustainability and furthering the mission of the longstanding Colgate Community Garden. The combined program fosters skill-building in peer behavior change, campus-wide data collection, community outreach for the garden, and physically demanding (but incredibly rewarding!) organic agriculture. This internship offers a deep dive into the interdisciplinary field of sustainability, with the benefit of creating visible change right here on Colgate’s campus.
Applications are due by Feb. 5. This position is open to all class years, including 2026 graduates.
