Stress and Health: Getting to the "Heart" of the Matter

This panel of experts in nutrition, fitness, and medicine, provides in depth information on the impact of stress on your body, with a special focus on heart health.  Through informal conversation and guided discussion questions, attendees can learn more about how to minimize stress and become more aware of the negative impacts it can have on your daily life.  Lunch provided by Hamilton Whole Foods. In collaboration with the AHA Club and the COVE.
