Sociology & Anthropology Information Session

Join faculty and current majors from the Sociology and Anthropology department while they talk about what it's like to be a Sociology or Anthropology major.  Anthropology: Engaging the World across boundaries - learn about the classes you can take in cross-cultural communication, racism inequality, Internationalism and globalization, past and present societies in depth of all their complexities. You will also learn about work opportunities, and fieldwork experiences.

Sociology: The Tools to Understand and Transform Society - learn about classes in immigration, power, social inequality, crime and deviance, media and technology and more!  Talk about how you will gain skills in research and design methods and work opportunities.

Royal Indian Grill and desserts will be served.  Meet in the lounge for food, then students will separate into different rooms for Sociology or Anthropology sessions.
