Do you know your birthstone? Can you tell the difference between a natural diamond, a lab-grown diamond, and a fake diamond? Would you like to see one of the first dinosaur eggs ever discovered? How about the tusk of a Woolly Mammoth who roamed this area 10,000 years ago?

Stop by the Linsley Geology Museum in the atrium of the Ho Science Center to see all these wonders, along with exhibits of stunning gemstones and other excellent mineral, fossil, and rock specimens in displays that highlight Earth's natural beauty and the geologic history of this area.

The museum is open Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and for special weekend events such as homecoming, reunion, and graduation.
