Join Shaw and Haven for a Restorative Sound Bath with Vera Chapman of Resonating Soul. 

During the hour, you’ll be invited to sit or lay down comfortably on a floor pillow (bring your own blanket or eye pillow to get extra cozy) while Vera envelops you in healing sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls. 

Each singing bowl is keyed to the energy centers (chakras) of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system. Participants commonly experience waves of peace, heightened inner awareness, and complete relaxation of the mind and body.

There’s nothing for you to do but listen and rest. You’ll leave refreshed and renewed!
