Queer Sex and Consent Education Workshops: Complicity and Violence at Colgate
This semester QTPOC, Haven, and the Medusa Movement are launching a 5-part series on queer sex education and consent. Each session will discuss different topics and you are able to sign up for whichever sessions you would like to attend. If you would like to sign up for all of them, you can do that as well.
Unfortunately, we do have to cap these sessions at a maximum of 40 attendees. This means that sign up will work on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone is welcome to sign up; however, we will give priority to Queer and/or BIPOC attendees.
Queer sex education and consent is definitely something that can benefit all of the Colgate community. Come join us as we unlearn the heteronormative ways that we have been taught about sex and consent. This session in particular will unpack the ways in which we see heteronormativity and racism take place on Colgate's campus.
