Open Morning Meditation (In-Person)

Join Chapel House's Assistant Director of Programming, Rodney Agnant '14, Professor Rick Braaten, and Matt Swire '22 for morning meditation. These sessions are open to anyone of any experience level and any religious or non-religious affiliation.

For students completing the Wellness Passport, each session will earn you 0.5 hours towards the Passport

Meditation sessions will not take place during the breaks, specifically Monday (10/9) - Tuesday (10/12), and Monday (11/23) - Friday (11/27).
