Join Chapel House Assistant Director of Programming, Rodney Agnant '14, and Stella Miao '25 for daily morning meditation. These sessions are open to anyone of any experience level and any religious or non-religious affiliation. Morning Meditation is held every week day during the semester, except during Fall Break (10/11-10/12) and Thanksgiving Break (11/21-11/25), at Chapel House.

For students completing the Wellness Passport, each session will earn you 0.5 hours towards the Passport.
