These sessions are open to anyone of any experience level and any religious or non-religious affiliation. Morning Meditation is held every week day during the semester, except during Fall Break (10/11-10/12) and Thanksgiving Break (11/21-11/25), at Chapel House.
For students completing the Wellness Passport, each session will earn you 0.5 hours towards the Passport.
