Mindfulness Workshop

Students will discuss a variety of mindfulness techniques, including progressive muscle relaxation, to help them wind down and refocus. This event is hosted by Steve Elfenbein, Alcohol/Drug Services Counselor/Coordinator, Shaw Wellness.
