About this Event
1819 Oak Dr, Hamilton, NY 13346, USA
The workshop will focus on how an organization has been utilized to foster a community space in which everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. Discussing what has been done by Brothers (a student-led affinity group for men of color and allies at Colgate), we hope that participants gain practical strategies and skills for fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, contributing to the establishment of meaningful networks among minority students on campus, and enhancing their overall sense of belonging, social and academic success.
