Living Writers guest: Dan Slater ’00

A graduate of Colgate University and Brooklyn Law School, Dan Slater ’00 was a legal affairs reporter for The Wall Street Journal before publishing his first book, Love in the Time of Algorithms: What Technology Does to Meeting and Mating. He followed that with Wolf Boys: Two American Teenagers and Mexico’s Most Dangerous Drug Cartel, a riveting account of the deadly drug war on the Texas border. A contributor to The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The Atlantic, Fast Company, and GQ, among others, Mr. Slater lives with his family in New England.
