LifeLong Learning Program- Life is Full of Choices

Life is full of choices and that includes end-of-life choices. This course is designed to help you plan ahead and communicate your end-of-life wishes. Discover the value of talking about, communicating, clarifying and expressing your end-of-life wishes with your family and loved ones. Learn about your choices. Involve your loved ones. Voice your wishes. Encourage others to do the same.

Facilitator: Joanne Moskal is the Chief Operating Officer for Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. which serves Oneida, Herkimer and Eastern Madison Counties. Joanne has been with the organization for 24 years and oversees fundraising, marketing, human resources, and operations. She serves on the Women’s Fund of Herkimer and Oneida Counties Board of Directors and HealthFriends, Inc.
