Interval Strength w/ Katie (For East/West Residents)

Join Katie Kammerdiener, Director of Recreation & Chair of Physical Education and certified personal trainer, for an interval-based body weight strength and core workout. No equipment required. Bring your own water bottle, and an optional towel or blanket to lay on the ground. As with all quarantine activity, mask and physical distancing required.
