This presentation will highlight the need for a more accessible campus culture at Colgate, other college campuses, and in the world, at large. Our goal is to highlight partners on campus and foster a safe space for people who identify as disabled and allies.
Presenters:
Rachel Plasky class of 2025 is from Havertown, PA. Rachel is an undecided major and intended Writing & Rhetoric minor. Rachel is the co-leader of Colgate Disability Activists, and co-leader of Secular Association of Skeptical Students
Anna Miksis class of 2025 is from Ashland, MA. Anna is a History major and Museum Studies minor. Anna is a co-leader of Colgate Disability Activists.
Grace Dow class of 2025 is from Pound Ridge NY. Grace is a Biology major and Environmental Studies minor. She is the co-leader of Colgate Disability Advocates, SGA Cabinet Accessibility Advocate, and a North Broad Street Mentor.
