In anticipation of the total solar eclipse visible on April 8, 2024, Colgate emeritus professor Anthony Aveni will give an exploration of the scientific and cultural significance of this mesmerizing cosmic display. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, March 6th at 4:30 p.m. in the Ho Tung Visualization Lab. Light refreshments will be provided.
