ALANA and IGD Council present the first student leader Inter-Group Dialogue training! Student Leaders are invited to come to join IGD Interns, the IGD Council and ALANA in an introductory training to the first two stages of IGD as well as take their first step toward IGD certification training. Once completing this training there will be a follow-up to learn about Stages 3 & 4 which will take place in the Spring and some practice facilitation opportunities before leasers may be certified to lead an IGD Dialogue amongst their groups. Come use this opportunity to learn how to have and lead difficult conversations with your student groups to create a more inclusive Colgate!
