About this Event
Nona Gronert is a Visiting Professor here at Colgate and a sociologist who studies campus sexual violence. In this talk, Gronert will investigate how sexual violence was transformed into a problem that universities were legally required to address, paying attention to the interplay between Title IX, the Clery Act, state criminal statuses, and state administrative law.
This event is part of the Center's weekly brown bag series.
Lunch will be provided.
