Forum Theatre is, without a doubt, the most famous technique of Theatre of the Oppressed.

In these workshops, participants will learn, acquire, and engage techniques of Theatre of the Oppressed, which are - as that wording suggests – designed precisely for people to explore oppressions that directly affect their own lives. These workshops also seek to create a safe and artistic space for all participants to thread and interconnect their personal stories and experiences.
