Screening and Q&A with Inbal Weinberg in person!

Israeli-born, New York-based Inbal Weinberg received her BFA in Film from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2003, where she concentrated on Production Deign. Inbal's first feature as a production designer was Hal Hartley's THE GIRL FROM MONDAY (Sundance Film Festival 2006). She later designed Courtney Hunt's Academy Award nominated FROZEN RIVER (Grand Jury Prize, Sundance Film Festival 2008), Dee Reese's PARIAH and THE LAST THING HE WANTED, Derek Cianfrance's Academy Award nominated BLUE VALENTINE and THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES, THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER directed by Stephen Chbosky, BLUEBIRD by Lance Edmands, ST. VINCENT by Ted Melfi, BEASTS OF NO NATION by Cary Fukunaga, INDIGNATION by James Schamus and Martin McDonagh's THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI, which went on to win many awards, including 4 Golden Globes and 2 Academy Awards.

Inbal's latest projects is the film SUSPIRIA by Italian director Luca Guadagnino, and the recently-wrapped HBO mini-series I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE, directed by Derek Cianfrance and starring Mark Ruffalo.

Inbal is also the co-founder of the Production Designers Collective, a global community of production designers interested in sharing knowledge and promoting the craft of Production Design.
