EMS, Colgate’s room scheduling software, underwent a required upgrade on Monday, March 12th, 2018.

This update brought some welcome changes to the look and feel of the home page as well as stability and improved maintenance capabilities.

While EMS will follow the same pattern to create a room reservation, menus and options will look a bit different. ITS is offering a session to familiarize EMS users with these changes (one-hour training and an optional half-hour for Q&A).
