Diving In: Personal Accountability for Results

Join us for a conversation led by Nicki Moore, vice president and director of athletics, as we work to better understand what this competency means in our lives and identify next steps that we can take to further develop in this area.

As one of Colgate’s employee behavioral competencies, personal accountability for results is defined as taking responsibility for decisions, performance, and outcomes; behaving in a responsible manner with a positive attitude; and showing self-awareness and openness to feedback.

Colgate Hello is a staff-led organization promoting professional development, networking, and community for employees across campus. Join our email list.

This workshop is part of Colgate Hello's "Diving In" series, which will explore the behavioral competencies. We all have these as part of our job descriptions, but what do they mean? How can they influence our work, and how can we utilize them to focus our growth and development in areas that will benefit both Colgate and our individual careers?

Join us for engaging conversations addressing one competency each month this academic year.
