Core & More with Katie

Join Katie Kammerdiener, Director of Recreation & Chair of Physical Education and certified personal trainer, for a 30-minute blast that is sure to challenge your core. No equipment needed. Focus will be on techniques to improve core strength, flexibility, and balance. Bring your own water bottle and an optional towel or mat. Mask and physical distancing required, capacity limited by Gate.
