View map Add to calendarColgate Hello and the Resources for Improving Staff Experiences (RISE) BIPOC employee resource groups are co-leading a Walking Club at Colgate.
We meet at the following times:
- First Thursdays of the month: 8 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
- Second, third (or other middle) Thursdays: 12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
- Last Thursdays: 4:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
For April, we will be walking the following loop:
Beginning of Willow Path, Hamilton Whole Foods, Return to the Beginning of Willow Path [anticipated walking time 26 minutes].
- On April 16 only, we will be following this path: Start at Benton Hall at 1:30 p.m.; walk around the Academic Quad [approx. 15–20 minutes]; descend Peter’s Glen around 1:20 p.m.; conclude at Shaw Wellness at 1:30 p.m.
- On April 28 only (not a Thursday), we will meet at the Chapel House for Walking Meditation.
