In keeping with tradition, the Colgate Geneva Study Group will soon be visiting Paris as part of their European working trip. This year’s group includes 14 juniors and is led by Professor Juan Fernando Ibarra del Cueto.

This gathering offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with current students, hear updates on campus life and academic programs, and enjoy a special talk by Harriet Welty Rochefort, an American journalist and author based in Paris. Harriet will speak about her life and work, including her acclaimed novel Final Transgression—praised by The New York Times as “a gripping, beautifully written novel about love and betrayal” in German-occupied France. A lively discussion will follow.

Special thank you to Axel Krause ‘56, Colgate Club of Paris, and Professor Juan Fernando Ibarra Del Cueto, who is leading the study group this semester, for organizing this event.

This event is free to attend. Light refreshments will be served. Please register early as space is limited.
