Open to all years, Boren Scholarships and Fellowships send students to countries where critical languages are spoken, and are for students of all majors who are interested in public service. In addition to fully funding students’ overseas pursuits, Boren awards propel recipients into important federal positions through non-competitive appointment eligibility.
