Vinyasa Flow Yoga Wednesday meetings

“Vinyasa,” Sanskrit for flow, inspires an awareness of the body in its physical sphere through movement. This yoga practice rooted in Indian tradition brings a focus to deep stretching in various postures connected by yogic breath. This hour-long sequence with uplifting music maintains positive energy while leaving space for calming restoration. The class concludes with a Savasana meditation to maximize both physical and mental benefits from the practice. 

Qualifies for PE credit. All skill levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary!
