This was the best event I’ve attended. We should get her back again!

The opportunity to hear Angela Davis in her own voice was of great value. I do not agree with all her perspectives and so even more wonderful to have a chance to learn more about her background and current thinking. True to the spirit of liberal arts. It would have been good to bring up more questions about her current work and commentary on current events. For example, her thinking on different “movements” underway. And I also prefer a moderating style that perhaps is more journalistic rather than always thanking a speaker for their answers or showing agreement/praise for the speaker.

I cherish Angela Davis wisdom. She mentioned that her superpower is to learn from each other. I admire her sense of community and passion continuous learning. Her conversation was beyond my expectations. Excellent keynote.
