Information Technology Services (ITS), with support from the Human Resources Department, is hosting an AI Showcase on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in 560 Case-Geyer (Batza Room). 

ITS staff members and other campus partners are planning a full day of sessions devoted to providing an overview of AI tools and services hosted and developed by Colgate ITS. The showcase will include sessions on the responsible use of AI and a use case by the University Libraries.

Participants will walk away with an understanding of how to use AI safely and securely with AI tools supported by Colgate ITS. Please join us. All are welcome, but seating is limited. Lunch will be provided. More information on the sessions can be found in the schedule of events.
