Afternoon of Service

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the COVE is sponsoring a campus-wide Afternoon of Service on Friday, January 29th. Students are invited to volunteer with one of our local community partners through a virtual service project.

Students will participate in 1 of 3 possible projects:
Pathfinder Village - Participate in trivia with residents of Pathfinder Village, a community where people who have Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities discover their own value and talents.

On Point for College - Create short videos answering questions about your college search and campus experiences to be shared with student participants of On Point for College, an organization that helps first-generation youth get into college, stay there, and succeed afterward.

Colgate SAT Prep - Real aloud and record sections of the SAT to assist high school students with testing accommodations.

Students must register to participate. Please register by 5pm on Wednesday, January 27th.
