Action-Centered Collaboration As Transformative Public Anthropology: Tales from the Field Museum

Dr. Alaka Wali (Field Museum) will use examples of working with Chicago-based community organizations, and specifically with the urban Native American community, to discuss how engagement is re-shaping the Museum's approach to representation and participatory research.
