I've been a fan of Ann's work for years and was very please with the workshop. It was relaxed, but serious on topic and I felt the students that engaged were unique in their questions and profound in their thinking on the topic of climate change and what they could do moving forward in their lives. It was pleasing to me that she didn't know what questions would be asked of her ahead of time from either the students or the mediator, her answers showed her vast knowledge of the topic and her compassion for the world.
I enjoyed the talk with William Abraham very much. He was both interesting and entertaining; I wish the event would have been a little longer. I would have enjoyed listening to him speak further. Unfortunately, I was not able to go to the later event.
I thought it was great. Open to all faiths, very inclusive. Mark Shiner did a great mini-service in the 15 minutes he had. I'm a staff member so it felt awesome to me to be able to attend an event like this at my place of employment. This is my 3rd or 4th year attending.
