About this Event
Over the last 10 years, the sharing economy has exploded. Uber operates a global transportation network without owning a single car. Airbnb has more rooms available then Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott combined and doesn't own any property. Yet, together these two sharing economy darlings are collectively worth more than $90 billion.
Christopher Nulty '09, Airbnb's Head of Public Affairs, the Americas, will discuss the societal and political factors that led to Airbnb's rapid growth and made way for a growing sharing economy globally.
