With over 20 years of award winning competition experience in boxing, martial arts and weight lifting, Dawn North is considered one of the best fitness instructors and Certified Personal Trainers in the country.

All students are welcome to participate in this empowering workout - no experience necessary. Open sessions for students will be held on Tuesday and Thursday, April 11 & 13, from 5:30-6:30pm in Huntington 303.

Hand wraps, gloves and mitts will be provided, and participants are eligible for one hour toward WELLNESS PASSPORT credit at each session!

Boxing for a Cause: Dawn loves to use her skills to support animal rights and care, so during these sessions donations will be collected to benefit two local animal shelters: Spring Farm Cares Animal Sanctuary and Wanderers' Rest Humane Association. Participants can donate using cash, check, or 'gate card.
