Living Writers Series: Tony Tulathimutte reading

Critics have called Tony Tulathimutte’s Private Citizens “ a spot-on rendering of contemporary San Francisco” and “the product of a whirring intellect.” The first-time novelist has written for The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Paris Review, VICE, and others. His awards include a 2017 Whiting Award and a 2008 O. Henry Award. Tulathimutte and his novel have appeared on many Best of 2016 lists, including The New Yorker’s and LitHub’s. A graduate of Stanford University, Tulathimutte lives in New York.
