Lifelong Learning Program- Senior Nutrition

This course is an addendum to Meg’s popular session last fall entitled: “Diabetes and Prediabetes: How Healthy Eating is Essential for Treatment and Prevention.”

Facilitator: Meg Maney is a Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator and a recent transplant to Hamilton, NY. She is a Syracuse University graduate and possesses a varsity letter in women’s rowing. She is a lifelong exerciser and became an Adirondack 46er in 2006. She loves to cook and be outside in the great outdoors.
