Life Long Learning Program-The Organ in the Colgate Memorial Chapel: Its History, How it Works, and Everything You Wanted to Know About This Magnificent Instrument

You may have wondered about the organ at Colgate's Chapel but never had the chance to get your questions answered. This program will fill that gap and more. University Organist, Glenn Kime will discuss the history and workings of the instrument as well as giving us a sample of the sounds that are possible from all those pipes.

Facilitator: Glenn Kime is in his twelfth year as University Organist at Colgate University. He is the Director of Music for May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society, Syracuse. He has worked as accompanist for the Syracuse Oratorio Society and the Syracuse Children's Chorus and has performed throughout the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
