Hatha Yoga

Join instructor Christina Buschmann for Hatha yoga! Experience the practice of Hatha yoga as a form of physical exercise that challenges and refines your flexibility, strength and balance. You will learn to control your breathing in a relaxed and modulated way in order to provide focus in the different postures.   Half the class consists of standing postures and the other half is lying down postures. The room is warm to enhance the postures. The class begins and ends with breathing exercises.  If you can, bring water and a yoga mat!

No experience is required, and all are welcome!
