Come to this workshop and learn organizing tools, along with techniques on searching and sharing to help you and your team find documents faster.
Target audience: Anyone using G Suite who would like to organize their electronic files to be able to access them quicker.
Workshop length: 1 hour plus an additional half hour for open Q & A.
Workshop format: Instructor-led demonstration and lecture. Participants will be encouraged to participate hands-on by applying the techniques they are learning on their real data and ask questions. A handout will be provided.
Topics include:
Naming conventions
Creating folders
Moving and renaming files
Sharing and permissions
When to share a file versus sharing a folder
Linking tips
At the completion of this productivity workshop, participants will have been tools to increase their organizing and sharing skills making make them more efficient with Google Drive.
