Brown Commons Coffeehouse featuring Emmitt James

Brown Commons Coffeehouse is thrilled to welcome all the way from the West Coast, rising hip hop artist Emmitt James to our stage. With a sound and style that garners comparisons to the legendary hip hop group, A Tribe Called Quest, this is a unique opportunity to see and hear an artist like this in the intimate setting of the Coffeehouse. Emmitt recently performed Turn Down the Tent at Coachella and looks to have a great 2019! You can check out his music on his website or Spotify.

As usual, we will have fresh coffee made with care by the FoJo Coffee Roasters and sweet treats from Flour and Salt Bakery. All items are $1 a piece.

Admission is free and open to the public. Doors open at 7:30pm!!!

(Can't make it to the show? Tune in live on WRCU 90.1 FM at 8pm to hear a live broadcast.)
